Hilary Duff shows off her washboard abs while smashing a TikTok dance challenge in brand new video

In a single day, Hilary Duff’s latest TikTok has already racked up more than six million views. The actress and singer, 34, crashed a viral TikTok dance – it happens to be one of her old performances, thank you very much.

“HERE YOU MOOOOOOOO!” Hilary captioned the video. the Younger The star dances alongside another TikTok user and an old clip of herself dancing on stage (and yes, she still has the same moves). And, she wears a white cropped tank top that totally shows off her washboard abs.

So how does Hilary sculpt those abs of steel? The mother of three said women’s health that she recently stopped doing cardio in favor of lifting weights. “I thought I didn’t need to do heavyweight because if I do heavyweight I’m going to get fat,” she said. “I tend to build muscle quickly.”

Now she has fully embraced strength training. “I lift and squat and use a barbell with a lot of weight on it, and I’ve never felt so strong but lean,” she added.

But why give up cardio workouts? Hilary says they take too long and usually leave her tired and hungry. “It’s such a different and more effective way to train,” she said. WH.

And, Hilary says exercise has also improved her mental health. “Exercise is really good for my brain, my mind,” she said, per Form. “As much as I want to stay in shape and I think [working out] It’s good for me, it keeps me in a good frame of mind.”

When it comes to her diet, Hilary works with a flexible diet coach to ensure she gets the nutrition she needs. “It basically counts your macros for you – and that was amazing because it’s basically like a math equation that I just followed, and it really worked for me,” she said. Women’s health.

That way, Hilary explained, she can eat whatever she wants without feeling restricted. “I’m the first person to say, ‘I hate it when you tell me what to do.’ The second someone says to me, ‘You can’t have wine,’ I’m like, ‘I want all the wine,'” she said.

“It was cool to retrain my mind and realize that it works. I can eat normally, live normally, and enjoy food, but I still get the results I’m looking for.
