I don't know about that? From what I've heard and seen parachute pants were fairly common in ye olde days of locking. On the SNL performance the majority of the Lockers were wearing parachutes and not knickers; the Soul Train performance they did to "Disco Connection" it's half knickers half parachutes.

You might still be able to find UFOs/parachute pants at any Hot Topic in the area... I'm not up on a lot of raver-oriented stores these days so I wouldn't be able to tell you anything else.

I don't know in Hollywood but anywhere with some sort of market usually will have UFO type pants otherwise if it must be UFO you can get them online from lots of dance stores like Amazon.
