Hmmm.. you dont really lock your lock. During your lock its like your chest area is still moving... not terribly sure cuz its all a bit fast. I think you could use some slower better pacing... even with a song like this.

i switched up my approach a little bit to accent all the little subtleties in the music, and i guess it affected my lock [which definitely didn't look like a true lock] because i didn't really take time to pause. thanks for the advice! i've taken note of this and will be keeping it in mind.

okey, some advice ;) You can't dance only to accents, there is a main melody, sometimes dubstep is to fast to do lock, even pace. Also do the tempo control.

thanks! its been about 7 months since that video, and i've been practicing HARD based on all the feedback i've been asking for. especially on the cleaning up my moves, and slowing down my movements. i'm still learning, and will eternally be a student. ...here's an updated video of how i am now...still some uncleanliness, but i think a definite improvement:
