Hi... Can anyone tell me what is the name of the move that you push your own body to the ground?? and how to train it???

You just simply have to let your upper body back, by bending from your knees. It's important to keep your back straight. Then when you can keep your balance, you can start playing with different concepts.

i tried and it hurt my legs a lot...any way to practice the knees???
