Hey guys
I think i have a problem with my durability
Recently whenever i simply danced/freestyled/practiced i tend to get tired a lot after about 10 minutes and couldn't keep going too much anymore...
My question is how can I improve my stamina in order to be able to dance longer?
have u ever had the same issue by the way?

What kind of shape are you in? Are slim, overweight? Do you smoke? What kind of foods do you eat? Do you drink alcohol?
I'm pretty sure you already know what you should be doing to increase your stamina...

I'm very slim and I don't drink nor do I smoke.
I might start drinking more water and maybe eating more vegetables,but is that enough?
Eventually I'll try some other physical activities.

You should start to do some cardio: running, swimming, intense house dancing, or any other form of activity that get's your heart pumping. I run for example, even though i hated it in the past.
