I know there is other threads on isolations but they don't mention much about head isolations. I'm having trouble isolating my head from side to side. Can anyone tell me any practice tips or methods?

Peace

if you try picking up basic bottin it will help you on two things

since locking spawned from botting, the dimestops from bottin will help you with ur stops in locking

and since u are learning the basic elements of isolating body parts, it will help you get a feel of what isolation FEELS like

but it all coms down to practice

i practiced by going in front of a mirror and practiced moving my body without moving my head

moving my body back and forth side to side makeing sure my head didnt move

that way i could get used to the feeling of my head and body movment

then i took the same exercise and flipped it so i was moving my head while making sure my body didnt move

and i did this all in front of a mirror so i could get the feeling of how it felt when i isolated correctly so i could do it naturally in all positions without thinking about it

just remember practice practice practice ^.^
