So we are in process of gathering more and more OGs for interviews.

There will be some more suprises in the next month or so, are there any specific OGs out there you would like to hear about?

Would Video Interviews be better off than text? or both?

Are there more questions you would like to ask an OG?

Please drop some light on your opinions

I think with text you can get more detailed with explanations on the topic of questions that you are asked. With video it

this is what you do as far as the interviews.. Make video interviews then for those that cant catch on quickly make it text out of the video interview and post both the video and the writen. cause sometimes people talk really ghetto you cant always understand it. But video is way for me because you can understand their expressions better.

I think a video interview is the way to go because 2 communication channels are open "visual and audio" so the viewer/listener can get a better understanding and feel for what the interviewee is trying to convey.
Also, you can pick up on other subtle details like body language and tone of voice and the interviewee's personality in general.

I like the idea that Konfusion and No Bone Tyrone incorporated in the "Enter the Cobra" DVD. Konfusion collected questions from interested parties in advance from Wigz forum and then asked those questions during a video interview of No Bone Tyrone - it's a neat way of getting people to get involved in the interview process and thus peeps have sort of a vested interest in the completed project.

Also, it would be nice to have a transcript of the interview too for reference and review.

edit: I would like hear and see an interview with Damon Sims aka Dr Doom. I think he resides in the Dallas Texas area. Doom is even more elusive than you Tetris as far as being video taped. he he

video is the way to go, but also for the researchers who like to copy and paste, it would be dope (pain in the a$$ but dope) to transribe the interviews as well..
might be asking for to much but you will be surpised how many people still have old computers, or have problems with flash files and other media files..

i would like to see interviews with
-SLIM THE ROBOT
-TANGERINE (good luck finding her)
-BOOYA TRIBE (BLUE CITY)
-JAZZY J
-BOOGALOO DANA (brotha be dropin heavy sh*t)
-SLICK NICK (bout his tuttin style)
-HUGO
-FABEL

thats it for now

great job on the site!!
peace
