Tommy Boy is a popper from Playboyz. and his shirt move is like one of his signature moves i guess and a part of a set he has. He does it in Breakin vs Kumping too that stupid video thing. well yeah. Tommy Boy is a legit ass popper though and hes sick. the crowd in the vid just disliked him because he got mad at Salah.
