Whaddup, a0kalittlema0n!

Welcome to lockin'... not just a dance, but a truly exclusive lifestyle! (or some other good soundin' BS like that :P)

Anyway, seriously, locking (or Campbellocking as it is alternately known), is a very rich and fun dance. As far as tutorials and clips go, you might want to check out www.lockerlegends.net. They have some instructional videos for sale, or at least tapes of the original lockers you can buy, plus lots of information about locking and its history and moves and whatnot.

Also, if you live in the greater LA/SoCal area and can make the drive, please come to the MacArthur Park HOMELAND center on Monday nights from 7:30-9:00PM for a FREE Locking class taught by my homegirl and fellow locker crewmate, Tiffany Bong. She's dope and her classes are really fun and will teach you good locking foundation--also all the people there are really friendly and you can session @ Homeland's monday night popshop afterwards (DJ spinning funk music and people gettin' down until 10:00pm or a little bit after...)

anyway, send me a PM if you want to talk more b/c I could go on forever. But that should get you started.

peas,
