Hi there,

I know there are some great classes and events going on, such as Jamiesons and Johnnys classes at Habour Dance. As well as the Boogie Jam.

However, if anyone is having a practice session or wanting to meet other people interested in perhaps practicing together let me know.

Im working on Popping/boogaloo, waving and tutting at a basic level and if you would like someone to jam with or practice, hit me up on here or via PM.

thanks

I would like to start, I keep missing the harbor dance session because of the time and there is only the one.

I'm about as super new as it gets, so I gotta start somewhere

I'm totally down---I just moved here and i would say I'm a hobbyist when it comes to the poppin and the boogaloo...got the videos when I was a lot younger and played around but never got into it as other things took my time (mostly non productive things)

I would say I have the funk and freestyle but my technical skills are weak (and getting worse...gaining weight and gaining and losing muscle means my muscle control is crap, glides are gone, basically I used to be ok and now I think I suck)

I am actually gonna start going to the Harbour Studio dance centre soon, but a few hours of technical work a week is not gonna be useful if I don't get hours of practice on also

Hit me up, I would love to find something in this twon
