After nearly a year of legal battles the UFC and Randy Couture announced Tuesday that they have come to terms and that the heavyweight champion will return to action within the Octagon November 15th in Las Vegas, NV where he will defend his belt against Brock Lesnar.
"We've resolved them all," White said of the issues between the organization and Couture during a media teleconference. "He's always been the heavyweight champion of the UFC. ... All I care about is that [Couture] is back and fighting."
Couture last defended his title in August of 2007 with a TKO win over Gabriel Gonzaga. But several months later he announced his "resignation" from the UFC with an intention to wait until his contract expired in order to fight Pride heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko

this fight will end with lesner using strength, youth and win hunger to ground n pound or by simply overpowering randy ...
Or randy will show that he is still a skilled veteran who can beat lesner with a submission , decision win or a skilled ko.
3 days till this fight!

yeah thats what all the homies are saying, i couldn't get anyone to bet that randy would lose.
looking at randys oplympic alternate wrestling stats, all the other styles he knows, he is just too damn dangerous for brock.
hell if frank mir can beat brock, u can imagine what kinda fight hes gonna get with randy!

It was an amazing fight. I think either couture had ring-rust, or lesnar's just gotten THAT much better.
Lesnar caught him with a good shot, and capitalized....

Im proud of Brock, he has proven to be a legitimate fighter. Cant say the same for Kimbo. What ever happened to Kimbo anyways? Did he go into exile or somethin?

grats to lesnar. He is just too huge! I look forward to seeing more of Brock in the future. Silva wins.
