Head/Torso Popping Move Help!

Ok so ive been watching some videos lately and seen alot of Poppers execute this Head/Torso move.......

Basically ive been trying really hard to do it and i just cant quite get it down....can anybody explain it in great detail??

actually you do it pretty well but when you move your shoulders it takes out the illuzion you have to move from your torso like in your stomach more...its like shakin a tree if you start at the bottom what ever is above it will move also...move your torso from your abs and see if that helps . other then that i enjoyed the clip you were getting down .

aaaaahhhhhhh yeah you got to start with moving your head first in rotation so its like your body goes left and your head goes right then go in circles ...then to move your chest you move from your stomach....you do need a mirrior for this one at first. sorry its kind of hard to explain when im not there
