holy shit brother you have some talent and perserverance right there.

In the second clip though, when the camera is going up the stairs, you should make it up then left the up then left then up again...it dsn't flow because the throughtout the camera was just moving freely 3rd person prespective, but when it got to the stair's it's as if it's first person...you get what i'm saying? Maybe you should try free flow up the stairs instead will make it flow better.
