Hey guys,
Im looking for a bit of advice when it comes down to stretching to bring expression to the dance and get my body into it more as a whole.
Ok im looking to loosen up the lower body, I'm not the most stiff body wise but neither the most flexible. Iv been researching on the stretches required for the splits (sides, front, straddle) at www.howtostretch.com (http://www.howtostretch.com) . Heck, its gonna take a while but has many all round benefits so its worth it.
What I'm really keen to know is there are any I should be concentrating on more than others? There's such a range. Perhaps there are some that you guys used in order to gain the lower body flexibility required for ground moves in boogaloo and snakin (standing on inside of feet). perhaps some habbits that you incorporate into everyday routine?.. i dont know, im all ears
heres a K-moon example at around 2:08 of what im on about
