body wave on the ground?

ive seen vides that had someone lying on their back and did a body wave. Ive tried this wave but couldnt quite do it. I couldnt find a tutorial on it either, but if any of you can, a link would be greatly appreciated.

if not, can someone explain how to do it in text?

OK so basically the way i do it is i move one part at a time. So i start with my feet then my knees then my pelvis then my stomach chest and shoulders.But lastly me head.
