For the arm waves: focus on the transition between each section. For example, practice just the L wrist to elbow until you have a smooth transition. Then practice the elbow to shoulder, then do wrist elbow shoulder.
For the body wave: isolate different parts of the stomach. Place on hand on your upper abs (just below your ribs), and the other on your lower abs just under your belly button. Practice contracting one, while relaxing the other. Practice alternating. Then practice smoothly moving from upper to lower, and lower to upper. The rest of the body wave can be practiced similarly and added sequentially onto the stomache to create a full body wave.
It is difficult to explain in words arm waving, need to work some live in person to go over waving.
peace!

Make a small clip of you waving so we can see what your doing, that way we can help you out better.
The arm wave gains a lot of control and fluidity at a couple of parts, first the hands, the swivel of the elbow (I'll explain that if you don't know what I am talking about), and the shoulders. If you are using these parts like you could use them it does make a huge difference.
Bodywaves, can be approached in different ways, but the best to get each part more cordinated is to start with isolating each area go through when you do a standard body wave. Start with the hands thru the arms, thru the top torso to stomach, to waist/hips down to knees and even feet. There are many pivotable joints/areas along that road to help isolate and exaggerate each part as the body wave travels through.
Make a clip if you can, so I can see where your at with your waves, that way it can help speed up this process of helping you out with it.

The most hard part of waving your body i think is the stomach.. practicing this kind of belly rolls should work.. ^^
