Alright...here me out for a sec.
At one point or another we all end up battling, and to a certain degree there is SOME form or prep (whether that be mental or physical). I KNOW there are some concepts that many of us use to help secure ourselves. Regardless of how much the argument of "just going out there and ripping it" comes up, we all use some form of theory or battle philosophy.
The theories can be as little as just sitting in the beat the whole first round and slowly stack up in difficulty as the rounds pass. Or even a little stalker-ish by studying your opponent. Possibly even not using certain techniques because you know your opponent is much more talented in it (sound familiar?).
I'm posting this under the moves guide because I feel that there is a somewhat different way you dance when battling as compared to just freestyle. Just dropping my thoughts..possibly can get a feel from what others have to share, other then just going in commando. ;)
