I know that when you purposely lift your shoulder up and then drop it it's bad. But like when I flex my chest for my chest hit, my shoulder automatically comes down. Except it still looks like i'm lifting my shoulder up and dropping it. It's kind of hard to explain. Here, my shoulder hit looks like this guy's:

Is this ok cus his shoulder moves more than a normal popper but it's like hitting.
