Boogaloo Foundations
- old man (with and without roll)
- rolls (head, chest, shoulders, waist, knees, ankles)
Botting Foundations

**also try to break down the movements you can do with a joint. for example, the neck and ribcage can push, tilt and twist.

Waving Foundations
- arm waves, body waves, hand waves/fluid
**3 ways to do arm waves: up/down, left/right, and twist/circle
**4 ways to do body waves: front, back, side, and twist
- tidal waves vs isolated waves (both must be very clean)
- snaking/cobra
Tutting Foundations (don't know about this)
- infini-tut
- box-tut
Glides and other footwork
- moon walk
- back glide
- side glide
- the wiggle walk
- heel-toe variations
Some Concepts to think about
- levels (get both low and up)
- speed changes (slo mo and fast mo)
- upper body weight transfer (keep weight on both legs most of the time)
- rotations, twists and other 3D effects (dance as if mirrors are all around you)
- cause and effect (one movement causes another)
important tip: you must constantly dance with your whole body, don't ever forget about this arm or that leg or your head (looking down). keep your whole body engaged in the music.
*watch videos of pros and you will be able to develop concepts in your own words*
