Hi everyone! My name is Brandon. I'm from Utah and I've been dancing since late April '06. I'm currently exploring several different types of dance. Mainly I dance a unique form of liquid but I also incorporate flavors from different styles. I made a video just the other day to show my latest stylings... the video quality is shit unfortunately but I hope the dancing makes up for it. It's a little slow at first but I get really into it as the song progresses. Anyways... I've said enough I s'pose. Here's my video:

EDIT: YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l26xpklWb14

I'm going to upgrade my camera for the next video. The question is: Do I need to upgrade my moves? (I'm still pretty new to dancing so any feedback is greatly appreciated-- harsh or not. Thanks!) :)

I put the YouTube link with my first post! :D
Anyway, the video quality is poor at best because I recorded it with my phone. The download link proves for a little better quality but... meh... I'll get a better camera for next time. I promise.

yo~

Damn your video is TINY!!!!

haha you def need a new camera

Anywyas

Here are something i noticed and you can work on:

You seemed like you will be good with footwork and glides, i would say you should keep practicin those and being consistent with it and more precise

Another thing i noticed is your are flowing but its not flowing to the music, i would recommend slowing down your motions and taking more time and try to acsent*(spelling?) the music more. Using speed control, dimestops (quick stops) hits/pops, etc

The last thing i noticed is that you movements are a bit too cluttered, if you notice, while your hand and upper body is in motion, your whole body and legs are moving as well, i would say you should isolate your body movements more for a more illusional effect. Example would be: Liquid with your arms first, then the liquid wil wrap around your head, sending a wave down to your chest then to hips, then from there your uppder body movements will pause and hold still, while your legs will wave and statrt gliding or start working with footwork.

Overall i think your in the right direction and you seem to have teh drive and energry to get it there, keep practicing and post another clip so we can check out your progress!

Thanks for posting bro, keep dancin :weedman:

yeah, that vid was real tiny - I had to use my 50 power binoculars to view it :)

Tet - another thing you can do to enlarge tiny videos is to right click on the youtube video image and then click on "zoom in"
