Watch their videos and notice how they transition but do not study them. Then you will end up biting and probably not even know it until it's too late. Do what boywonder said and practice, like a muh fucka. I've been workin on level changes and groundwork also. Work on changing levels but hold that shit. So like stay in one level and work ideas from that one then go down another level etc. Until u reach the ground. Hope this helps

i did a ground work tutorial on www.learn2bust.com, its a free video on the site, check it out, most of the info i pass on is stuff i learned from wiggles, but it was a year or so ago so excuse some of my lack of cleanliness.

this is a relatively old thread but Dementia posted a groundwork tutorial on Youtube just search "groundwork popping". Helped me in realizing how to actually roll to the ground and getting back up. WIth those tools you should just experiment and grow from there.
