Stairway presents: Robots Reunion/ Robotic Dance Meeting (January 15th 2010 - 7pm)

What is it?
Well… not only it’s gonna be the COOLEST jam to start the year but you’ll also hear and dance to GREAT old school and new school electro music. FUNK fanatics shouldn’t worry about it because FUNK will be in the air! Hehe…
THAT’S IT!?
Sorry! I forgot to mention that there will be a 1 on 1 Robotics-Popping -Waving BATTLE. First 25 dancers who register will be assured a spot at the prelims. I know for sure lot’s of cat’s are gonna be fired-up for this one. So be ready! Grrrrr!
What if I DON’T wanna BATTLE?
Easy! You can either chill with the beautiful people and ROBOTS (no discrimination plz) or… you could enter the SHOWCASE CONTEST (SOLO/GROUP)! All you need is to be prepared, send your mix (Between 2 min. and 5min. max) to the Dj a week before the jam and bring your apparatus (costumes/props).
What do I get if I WIN?
Make sure you’re the ILLEST BATTLER and you’ll get an Official Robots Reunion trophy and of course 100$ CASH!
Let’s try to be fair here 2nd place will also receive an Official Robots Reunion trophy And 50$ CASH!
Make sure you or your group has the sickest routine and you will deserve Official Robots Reunion trophy and 100$ CASH!
How can I enter the battle?
EASY! All you need to do is send an e-mail to stairwaydance@gmail.com write down your name and let us know how we can meet so you can complete your registration to assure you a spot.
How can I enter the showcase contest?
EASY! All you need to do is send an e-mail to stairwaydance@gmail.com write down your name or the name of your group and let us know how we can meet so you can complete your registration to assure you a spot.
Where can I register?
You can send us an e-mail at stairwaydance@gmail.com and we could meet somewhere such as the next STINKY SCIENCE. Or you can also register at Urban-Element (910 Jean-Talon E. 2nd floor – Metro Jean-Talon).
How much will it cost?
To watch the show and chill: 10$ for a ticket in advance/ 12$ at the door
To participate: 10$ in advance/ 12$ at the door/ per person
When and where?
I know I’ll see you at Urban-Element (910 Jean-Talon E. 2nd floor – Metro Jean-Talon) on January 15th 2011. Remember will open doors open at 7pm and showcases will start at 8pm.
