View Full Version : Leg Hitting problem

Hi guys. I've got a problem that has been irritating me since I started to practice leg hitting. When I use my leg muscles to straighten my leg, my pelvis will automatically push forward, making me look like I'm thrusting lol

I tried so many ways to fix this problem but it seems that none of them helps. This problem still happens even if I do my best to control my pelvis. I wonder if I did something wrong?? Could anyone help me with this problem?

if we had a video... it would be easier to tell you what the problem is... but i'm assuming it's your posture. If I'm correct about what the issue is... then you need to have that slight bend in the knees, like this:

You obviously aren't going to be bent over in the row position, but that was the easiest way to explain how your knees should be bent, and how you kinda sink into that posture.

The more you start working your hips (practice-wise), the less you will see of that pelvic thrust you're talking about.
