want to learn a couple house steps but watching battles doesnt help break anything down, can someone post a tutorial?

hey man heres a few basic steps taught by didier of otrip house from paris. the clip calls it the swirl or something but the step is called "the shuffle" or "the three way" you will see bboys doing it but in house the jack gives us uplift so there is a hop on the last of the three movements.

oh and this is pretty much my first video i watched when i first started to learn house. its really hard to follow cause he just does the steps instead of breaking them down lol. took so long to get those steps with only this as my guide.
