How do you upload videos?

Sorry guys, but this isn't something funny (found out this was the best place to post this). How do you upload videoe clipp off youself dancing to this forum?

i think this should go in the general or popping videos section..but u should record yourself and upload it to www.youtube.com. then copy and paste the link in a post on these forums
