Ok, I'm curious- Just like any "exercise" you start with a warm up. Does anyone else have any warm ups they wanna share on how they practice to get better?

For example, I do 50 armwaves, down one arm and back to the other. That counts as 1- I do that for my consistency and to make sure I can execute smooth waves no matter the amount of fatigue. Then I do tha same with body waves, tryin to create diff variations..like, atleast a new variation each time i throw it through my body and bring it back up. I do the same thing with tuts, tryin' speed changes and vibin' to tha beat...so on and so fourth

Blah blah!

Anyone else?

cool, thats awesome, i will try that for sure

but now that i think about it, i do a couple myself!

since popping is intense flexing, i am starting an exercise where i try to stay completely flexed while moving my body around, but i take a lot of breaks during this cuz its exhausting

also, while i practice, during breaks or when i'm thinking of what to pracice next, i always try to keep dancing which helps me stay on beat in my freestyles

Sorry this isn't a helpful post however I really like your post ESV! hard training..... one thing I will say practice your balance in comfortable and uncomfortable positions.... and try training a whole song with just using one body part... like just head... just hands etc

a thing I do a lot is take each body part (head, chest, hipd, knees, arms etc) and start doing back and forth, left to right movement, diagonal and then I start mixing them up and finally start doing rolls. not just horizontal but also vertical:)

this helps coordination and isolation:) hope it helps you two

P.S. : you need a looooooot of patience
