Default Ask Will-Peng Anything!!!!

Whats up folks it's Will Randolph V aka Joka Child The Boogaloo Robot son of Bay Area dance icon William R. Ranolph III aka Mr. Penguin of The Black Resurgents. Over the past few months we've recieved emails and messages about Oakland Boogaloo (Boog-A-Loo) as well as the BRSAA. So rather then repying to all those messages or making a long and timeconsuming documentary about it all, Ive convinced my Dad to answer any questions you all might have about Oakland's history in boogalooin/poppin and living in the era where it began. So feel free to post your questions in this thread or pm them to us and we will try our hardest to answer them in a timely fashion.

Was "hitting" (as in the tensing and relaxing of muscles for a "jolt" effect) used when The Black Resurgents were gettin down from 1966-1974ish?

Also, were there any given "names" for some of the Oakland Boogaloo movements? and what are their relative names in Fresno Boogaloo?
