Jeffery Daniel put Boogaloo Tut in check on Youtube lol!! It was on a video I posted of Jeffrey and Tut was making claims that Jeff lied about being a member of the EBs just to get the opportunity to work with MJ. This is the convo that went down. Note: Popalongkid did not let it be known that he was Jeffery Daniel until I started to ask questions.

I talked to Dane over the phone for about 4 hours and what he told me was that Jeff was on tour at the time so he set Mike up with Geron Casper Candidate and Cooley Jackson and they taught Mike the Moonwalk.

Tut actually told me that JD lied and told people that he was a member just to get in good with MJ. I cannot verify any truth to that because I wasnt there. I can only go by what the OGs say. Jeff himself has not mentioned that and I doubt he will address the issue. Not sure why Jeff is taking full credit for teaching MJ the Moonwalk and not mentioning Cooley and Geron but thats another issue I guess.

Tetris should do a tutt-focused interview with Bugs Bunny, Re, King Boogaloo Tutt,Sean66AD, Wiggles, Pakelika, Tommy Boy, Robot Prince, etc and get a more in depth look at what spawned the style. also that dude Birdman that was dropping knowledge about trapezoid styles and flying tutts coming out of Antioch, CA---

I would love to hear more regarding individual tutters not just cities and other such intangibles.

Perhaps the history is too far gone and we'll never know who really sparked this style or fanned the flames as it started out...
but a good discussion amongst the prominent tutters from the past and present would be nice to see considering how shrouded in mystery the tutt sector seems to be now.

One thing you should understand is that nothing is new under the sun homie. Dont you think invent is way too strong of a word, especially for a style like tuttin?? I dont believe one person single handedly created any dance. You may have created your own style of tutting but you didnt create or invent anything, same goes for Sam. Sam didnt "create" anything. Pete said it himself that Sam's style of popping is a spin off of what the Bay Area calls "Dime Stopping". So, you can sit here and say I created this and I created that but nothing is new under the sun. I still got love for you brotha but tryin to make Jeff out to be a crook was foul. That shiit fucced the flow of the video up. Right now I dont know who to believe or who to trust to get the truth homie and thats sad. There's too many egos involved and to many people looking for credit for shiit. I asked a simple question in the beginning, never thought finding the answer would be this complicated.
