Shaam, Ineya and Abhirami Venkatachalam will be working on a new project. In addition, they will be joined by Khusboo and choreographer Brinda. No, it’s not for a new movie or web series. Stars will reach every Tamil home with Colors Tamil’s new reality dance program, Dance Vs Dance Season 2.

Shaam, Ineya, Abhirami, and Master Sridhar will actually manage the team of talents competing against each other. “It’s more like the IPL or the Champions League. We analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our talents and choose the right ones for the face-to-face meeting, ”says Shaam. He believes the show’s production value is comparable to international standards. “I have already judged many shows, but this show is something else. I am convinced that it will be a pioneer.

Abhirami becomes outspoken and shares that she was the victim of partial treatment in some reality shows that she was a part of when she started her career. “Newcomers are not treated well on sets, but this is the first time that I have received equal treatment, despite the presence of big stars like Khusboo madam.” Ineya, meanwhile, shares that the candidates’ stories inspired her. “A lot of applicants come from humble backgrounds and they’ve faced multiple obstacles to get here. Seeing them give my all for dance prompts me to do more. That’s why I think it’s necessary in a show to present the personal struggles of the participants.

It’s often thought that being a part of TV shows takes away the exclusivity of the stars, but Abhirami says it’s the other way around. “Television brings us directly to the masses. Families who can’t make it to the movies every week can watch us in the comfort of their homes. When an OTT show or series is successful, it becomes part of our portfolio. Shaam supports his opinion. “It’s a competitive industry and the players must learn to adapt. With a pandemic still here, home entertainment is here to stay. It’s time we all embraced it.

The show will begin on Saturday October 23.
